1. Can I change my order ?
When you click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you can add/remove items. After you have completed the checkout process and payment method, you can no longer make any changes.
2. Can I cancel my order ?
Please contact us immediately and include your order number. Ability to cancel an order will depend on the order’s shipping status.
3. What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us with:

▪ The faulty item’s name and number
▪ A photo of the fault
